Charming boutique ambiance with a welcoming staff.

During my stay, I was disappointed to find that the room was smaller than I had hoped, making it difficult to navigate with my luggage. The hotel offered a limited breakfast that didn't meet my expectations, especially given its price point. It was quite frustrating that I couldn't enjoy a decent morning coffee, having to venture out for it instead.

Exceptional staff service made this trip very enjoyable. The charming decor of the hotel gave it a warm atmosphere, truly reflecting the local culture. Room comfort stood out with a well-designed layout that maximized space despite its smaller size. However, the limited breakfast options disappointed. I expected a bit more variety. Noise levels from the street could be heard in the room, especially at night, which impacted sleep. Parking around the area was complicated due to the one-way streets, making it tricky. Would love to see clearer parking instructions for future guests.

Positive, Excellent location just steps from the beach. The room was a good size with a large bathroom. Breakfast had a great selection, including hot dishes. Staff were amazing, always smiling A lovely experience overall! 😊

Enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. While the room was compact, the cozy garden area added a lovely touch. Pro tip, explore the nearby dining options for authentic local cuisine!

the room was unbelievably tiny and the towels had nowhere to dry! i expected a kettle or a telephone which is standard at any decent hotel. given those extreme inconveniences, i woudl have thought i’d at least receive a room upgrade or complimentary gift for my troubles, but of course, that didn’t happen. so disappointing.

The staff at Alfred Hotels Port-Vieux were delightful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The air conditioning in my room was rather noisy and didn't seem to function properly, which affected my comfort at night.

Utterly satisfied

The location is perfect, close to the Aquarium and the beach. We enjoyed a nice outdoor patio and the nearby shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. We even got free water in the fridge! Don't miss the local beaches and golf courses—they're amazing!

The only minor downside was that the toilet was separate from the shower, which was a bit awkward.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great spread that fueled our day! Our superior sea side room was beautifully designed, making it a pleasure to spend time in. One downside was the slightly cramped feel, but overall, it was a lovely stay. I'd definitely come back!

Rooms are frustratingly small, with limited storage and only one chair crammed against the wall. No functional air conditioning. at times, the room felt stuffy and warm due to poor circulation. There was also a musty odor creeping in, which detracted from the overall comfort.
